Kathryn Martin
Interim President
An Ahtna shareholder and Mentasta Tribal Member, Kathryn began working for Ahtna in 2005 as Vice President of Land & Resources, became Senior Vice President in 2013, and was named Interim President in 2026. She holds an AA in Tribal Management and a BA in Rural Development from UAF.
Paul Fioravanti
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Paul brings decades of executive leadership experience as CEO, COO, and Chief Restructuring Officer. Known for data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership, he holds a BS, MPA, and MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
Roy J. Tansy, Jr.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
An Ahtna shareholder from Cantwell with more than 20 years of executive management experience in construction, oil & gas, security, and SBA 8(a) government contracting. Previously served as CEO of Ahtna Netiye’ and President of Ahtna Construction.
Matt Tisher
VP of Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CPA)
Over 25 years of financial management experience in Alaska. Joined Ahtna in 2014 overseeing investment portfolios and financial reporting. Previously served as Director of Corporate Financial Reporting at UIC.
Brian Robbins
Vice President of Information Technology
Proven track record in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure beginning in the U.S. Armed Forces. Holds a double major Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Cyber Security.
Shane Kanady
General Counsel
Responsible for legal and corporate compliance. Holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law (San Diego Law Review) and a B.A. from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Tim Lorenzini
Director of Land and Natural Resources
U.S. Marine Corps veteran with nearly a decade in federal land management. Holds a B.S. from Illinois State University and a Master of Natural Resources from Oregon State University.
