Ahtna lands are private property. Hunting by non-shareholders is strictly prohibited on Ahtna acreage except in specific designated corridors with a valid permit.
Violators subject to Alaska State Trespass Laws →Berry Picking & Foraging
Customary berry picking (salmonberry, blueberry, cranberry) is preserved for Ahtna shareholders and local village residents. Non-shareholder harvest requires a land permit.
